Telangana Real Estate Developers Association – TREDA, formerly a constituent of APREDA before the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh, is a shining star in the realty sector of Telangana. TREDA today has a majority of leading builders and developers as a part of it’s over 250 strong membership. Its Head Office is at Hyderabad. TREDA is an effective, self-regulatory promoter body of the real estate industry in Telangana. In tune with the times and in keeping with the spirit of the city, TREDA’s vision is to encourage growth. Committed to improve the quality of the built environment and to bring in more informed decision-making practices, TREDA has been organizing conferences and property shows to make the public aware of the products, various options available and the numerous offerings from the real estate industry all under one roof.
For the parent organization before bifurcation, first APREDA Property Show 2010 was conducted on 30-31 Oct 2010 at HITEX and was a huge success with about 20,000 home seekers attending the event. It was inaugurated by Dr. K Rosaiah, then CM of AP. This show was the harbinger for other events to be showcased. This success was replicated in the year 2011 & 2012, when the Property Shows were organized on 15th & 16th October 2011 and on 10th & 11th November 2012 respectively. The Property Shows of 2011 & 2012 were inaugurated by Sri N Kiran Kumar Reddy, then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The 2013 Property Show was inaugurated by Sri M Maheedhar Reddy, Minister for MA&UD.
