TEDx Bangalore on August 3, 2014
The TEDxBangalore Main Event will be a 1 day event having 3 thematic sessions. They are:
1. BLR to Bangalore
This opening session will attempt to reintroduce Bangalore to all of us but in a different light. We hope to make you discover and fall in love with the people, movements and organizations that are thoughtfully contributing to shaping our city and making it a better place to live.
2. Down South
The second session stresses on the need for a conversation between Bangalore and the rest of India to occur. We believe that we have a lot to learn and share with one another and hope that this experience will catalyze a meaningful exchange to make our lives much richer.
3. Outsourced
Bangalore is known as the Outsourcing and IT Capital of the world and although we have grown to accept and subscribe to this identity is this all who we are? The final session will explore this chain of thought and invite ideas from different parts of the world so that we can learn from them and be more intentional about the identity we as a people and city want to cultivate for the next few decade.
