i3indya Propeller Display Challenge in IIT Kanpur from March 20-21, 2015
iPDC (i3indya Propeller Display Challenge) is a national level competition on Propeller Display Technology to be hosted by Techkriti 2015, IIT Kanpur with i3indya Technologies for the first time in India.
Propeller Display is totally based on a moving LEDs row. This LEDs row is rotating at a rate superior to human’s eye eminence, making a dot matrix, which seems to float in the air. A motor spins the “propeller” and a small microcontroller keeps track of time and changes the pattern on LEDs with exact timing to simulate array of LEDs. It is an illusion, but it works nicely. There are 2 main types of rotating displays, cylindrical and disk shaped. Whereas cylindrical displays are only capable of displaying text and digits disk shaped displays have the ability to display analog clock hands.
A very unique and new challenge in the field of Embedded System to be held for the very 1st time in India by i3indya Technologies in association with TECHKRITI 2015, IIT Kanpur whose Prelims would be conducted across 8 cities of India and Finale at Techkriti 2015.

Step 3: Show the Screenshot of confirmation mail and Unique ID at the Registration Desk of Zonal Center
Step 4: Attend FREE workshop and submit the Problem Statement within 7 days of commencement of workshop
Step 5: Only Shortlisted candidated would be send to finale round of iPDC at Techkriti 2015, IIT Kanpur
