Madras Day Celebration (T-shirt Designing Contest)
T-Shirt Designing Contest – Win Prizes Worth Rs. 3500. Participate in the T-Shirt Designing Contest under the theme Back to Madras. Let your design speak!
Theme: Back to Madras (The word ‘Back to Madras’ should be incorporated as some
form in the design)
How to participate
1.Become a member at Photoshop User Group Chennai

2.Maximum of 2 entries allowed per person.
3.Create a graphic design(refer to design specifications) based on the given theme
and submit your design inside the folder Aug_Contest_2013
4.Send your design as either JPEG or PNG format.
5.Last date of submission: Sep 7, 2013.
6.Promote your design among your friends and get maximum votes before Sep 12,
2013.
Design Specifications
1.Use Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Corel to create your design.
2.The document size has to be a standard A4 size with 300 dpi.
3.Create your design for White or Black T-Shirt only.
4.Design only for the front-side of the T-Shirt. Back-side design will not be
considered.
VOTING DETAILS
Choose your liked T-shirt design and comment ‘I wear it’
Maximum number of comment say ‘I wear it’ has a spot in finals
Only 1 comment from a person is allowed
Voting starts soon you upload the designs in the group.
Additional voting time will be set after the contest submission is done.
FINALS SELECTION
We will select ‘5’ Tshirt of all the entries in the album
3 T-Shirt will be picked based on the concept, 2 T-Shirt based on more number
comments which says ‘I wear it’.
Out of ‘5’, ‘1’ will be selected as a Winner and be rewarded with Smashing Magazine (Redesign the web, 3 and 3-1/2) Book worth Rs. 3000
Runner up will be given Adobe Water Bottle
Top comments will be given Adobe goodie will be considered as Most Popular Tee
Design
TERMS
1. No obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable
or inappropriate content.
2. Your design should not have won any award earlier.
3. Design source (.psd or .ai file) should be provided to Photoshop User Group
Chennai, once the design is shortlisted in finals.
4. Maximum of 2 entries from the same person are allowed. 5. Decisions of the judges are final and binding.
6. In future we might use your design for printing T Shirt. Information will be send in
prior.
7. We are not responsible, if in case anyone uses your Tee Design.
