Indian Photography Festival in Hyderabad from October 1-10, 2015

The Indian Photography Festival (IPF) – Hyderabad, an initiative of the Light Craft Foundation along with the Govt. of Telangana, is an international photography festival showcasing a wide range of photography across all genres from portraits and landscape through photojournalism to fine-art. The festival will have Featured Exhibitions, an International Photography Competition, Seminars, Artists Talks, Portfolio Reviews, Photography Workshops, Open Studios & Book Launches.

The first and inaugural edition of IPF will be held from 1st to 10th October 2015 in Hyderabad. The Festival aims to grow and realise its vision of becoming an iconic photography event; at the same time, the Festival will remain true to its primary goal of shining a spotlight on Hyderabad and the dynamic and innovative Telangana photography industry with an outstanding line up of talent and events held over an exciting ten day program, from 1st – 10th October 2015. All in all, the event is the latest and most exciting addition to a line-up of increasingly influential fests around the world and is set to establish itself as the must-see contemporary art event on the Indian cultural calendar.
