Dwijing Fest

Dwijing festival 2019-20 organised by the Dwijing festival organising committee in association with Assam tourism and Bodoland tourism is an annual river fest that takes place in Chirang, Assam from 27th December to 7th January. Since the inaugural of the festival in 2016, Dwijing was primarily aimed to showcase indigenous talent as well as employ, support, mentor and champion indigenous performers, artists, businesses and boost the economy of the state through rural tourism.

Hence, Dwijing Festival this year as well will provide livelihood opportunities to locals giving them various platforms to earn like food stalls, handicraft exhibitions, adventure and sports activities, traditional acts, games and much more. The event will witness Performances by mega-regional artists, renowned Bollywood celebrities, incredible foreign performers.
