Axis Bank Hack4Hire in Mumbai from July 16-17, 2016
Zone Startups India has partnered with Axis Bank and would like to invite Developers, Solution Architects, Intrapreneurs to participate in #Hack4Hire where you will be presented with a challenge to work on. We invite you to participate and showcase your skills by working on a weekend Hackathon on 16th and 17th July, 2016. During the Hackathon you showcase your skills to our experts and walk away with an offer letter in hand.
DEVELOPERS:
• 4 full stack developers – We are looking for full stack developers who are comfortable working with both back end and front end technologies. Are capable of converting visual designs into working prototypes (front end code, data bases, back end code etc.) – Location Bangalore
• 2 roles mobile and internet technologies – Location Mumbai
• 1 role – Database specialist – Location Mumbai
• 1 Big data and analytics- Location Mumbai
• 1 Information Security – Location Mumbai
SOLUTION ARCHITECTS:
2 roles – Location Bangalore (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the vision that underlies the solution and the execution of that vision into solution; Organizes the development effort
• Tech Lead for an agile start-up team
• Hands on with delivering proof of concepts and demonstrations
• Trouble shoot technical problems
• Responsible for the architecture of your product; ensuring it is aligned to the requirements and the project charter.
• Drive technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them.
• Responsible for Scaling, Performance & Quality for the product
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
• Work closely with research & technology champions to be hands on emerging technologies & digital trends
• Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you are able to create.
• Active participant in technology forums & represent Axis Innovation in external forums.
Prerequisites:
• Technical Breadth: Exposure to wide array of technologies& solutions
• Strong design & OO skills
• Excellent technical mentoring skills
• Comfortable to work in fuzzy environment
• Hands on with core development activities
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or higher
INTRAPRENEURS:
2 roles – Location Bangalore (Mandatory)
Prerequisites:
• Entrepreneurial in nature
• Hands on with emerging technologies
• 3 to 5+ years of successful experience in innovation /New product Development/product management
• Experienced in launching products
Responsibilities
• Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas, analyze them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas
• Work closely with research & technology champions to be hands on emerging technologies & digital trends
• Inspire & get people excited to be a part of the lean start-up team which will deliver the product
• Challenging all members of the team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans
• Closely evangelize the solution with the product team on the business side who will eventually manage the product
