IIIT Lucknow’s Eduthon – Hackathon
What is Eduthon ?
Eduthon is the collaboration of programmers, designers and inventor to code, design and build innovative solutions that tackle real world problems caused in education sector due to corona pandemic.
Its a weekend of geeking at its finest for improving the industries that affect all that live or work in a house or building.It has quickly become a global community of innovators that include all elements of the build environment.
This year marks the 1st edition of Eduthon,IIIT Lucknow. The Hackathon shall take place from 4 to 6 September,2020 Virtually.
The first edition of Eduthon promises to be the grandest, greatest and the most magnificent beginning that a fest could possible have.
Why Education ?
Education is what survives when what has been learned has been forgotten. India came under the wave of corona pandemic in march followed by a lockdown. Everyone was talking about how this will impact the industries, jobs etc. but an important topic like education skipped everyone’s minds.
Colleges, Schools, Tutions and Coaching centres have been stuck with issues they were not prepared for , multiple issues are being faced , conduction of classes , evaluation etc.
To tackle the innumerous issues that cross our minds on a daily basis we have chosen education to be the theme of the hackathon.
