Urmi Kothari, Energy and fitness coach and founder of Kinetic Living: Fitness and Wellness ‘Boot’ique, comes with over 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry with specializations in Functional Training, Kettlebells, Animal Flow, Yoga and Pilates.
She is Mumbai’s first Nike Trainer who also featured in the Nike Da Da Ding campaign. Urmi is a Tedx Speaker where she spoke about her journey as a student-athlete, MBA professional, dancer and now energy coach. Taking every opportunity that comes her way, she has recently launched the Kinetic Living app, making training affordable to individuals across the globe.
As a master trainer, she has trained over 200 fitness trainers across India and serves as a coach to artists like Rohan Joshi, Kubbra Sait, Sumukhi Suresh and Kaneez Surka to name a few.
