Join Celebrity Coach, Venancio, on Friday, 12th June, 9 AM for a high-intensity cross-training workout including a blend of several different forms of exercises such as Free Weights, Kickboxing, Functional Training, Circuit Training and much more.
It will address all the elements of fitness and can be done anywhere anytime with or without equipment, to improve strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, balance, flexibility and a lot more.
All you need is an exercise mat, training shoes, and a bottle of water and a hand towel for when you sweat. People between ages 18 to 60 years can attend (individuals with underlying medical conditions should procure doctor’s approval prior to attending the class).
