This program focusses on: Learning the basics of Yoga Asana and Pranayama With special Focus on:
Strengthening your Abdomen and Core muscles > Focused Asanas for reduction of Abdominal Fat
Correction of Postures
Asanas to reduce stress, mainly created due to sitting long hours on the laptop
Breathing Exercises to build immunity
Sound chanting for body and mind relaxation and practicing Mindful Breathing
