HIIT with Master Coach Brent Wood Townend Powered by Fitternity

Join Master Coach, Brent Wood Townend, on Saturday, 20th June, 6 PM for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. It will have a number of periods of high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals for active recovery.

These repeated bouts of short duration will serve as an amazing cardiorespiratory training for your body.

A bottle of water to keep you hydrated and a towel to wipe that dripping sweat is all you need. Anyone looking for some intense, heart rate picking workout is welcome!


Brent is the head coach of Multifit and the head tutor of Multifit Exercise Science Academy. Being involved in sports from a young age, especially football, and having really active parents who played sports got Brent passionate about fitness and helping people reach their fitness goals.

His aim as a coach is to motivate and turn people into the best versions of themselves, by educating them throughout the journey.
