Masters’ Union Emerging Business Leaders 2020
A three-stage management, finance & entrepreneurship competition to recognize emerging business leaders that are judged by the distinguished Masters of the Masters’ Union. This competition will make you think on your feet while working your way through real business scenarios just as an entrepreneur. You start by working as a consultant on a problem to making some critical but simple decisions as an entrepreneur before finally pitching your Big Idea to the esteemed Jury. In this process, you’ll not only challenge other participants but you’ll explore the new side of yourself that is better prepared to deal with the ever-changing business environment. Who’s it for?
Anyone and everyone who wants to challenge the conventional wisdom and lay down a path to success. Open to all business-minded undergraduate college students as well as working professionals with up to 3 years of work experience.
Stages
ROUND 1
27th March to 9th April
Consulting
All participants play a one-of-its-kind online business simulation to test their management prowess while stepping into the shoes of a Consultant. This is not an elimination round.
ROUND 2
10th April to 15th April
Decision Making
All participants play an interactive online simulation game to test their basic entrepreneurial skills without jargon. The game requires you to make 3 decisions. This is not an elimination round.
ROUND 3
16th April to 22nd April
Pitching
Based on the scores of the earlier 2 rounds, shortlisted teams can then submit their idea pitch with a complete business plan for evaluation. Top 10 teams will finally pitch in front of the esteemed jury at the Grand Finale.
Prizes
Grand Cash Prize of INR 20 Lakhs
Scholarships worth INR 1.8 Cr to pursue MBA from IIM A, IIM B, IIM C or Master’s Union.

Note
The trip to the grand finale will be paid for by the union.
You can register for Masters’ Union Emerging Business Leaders 2020 as an individual or as a team of upto 3 members.
Out of Top 3 teams if anyone converts IIM A, B or C, then their first year fees will be sponsored by MU as a scholarship
Only students of undergraduate colleges and working professionals (with work experience of no more than 3 years) are eligible to register.
MBA students or professionals with an MBA degree are not eligible to participate.
All submissions will be evaluated by a competent jury and their decision will be final.
Every round is an elimination round and only qualifying teams will move onto the next round.
