Strength & Conditioning with Nike Coach Kunal Rajput Powered by Fitternity
Join Nike Coach, Kunal Rajput, on Sunday, 14th June, 10:30 AM for a 60-minute fun workout beginning with a warm-up, moving onto a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and bodyweight conditioning followed by a cool down.
People across all age groups are welcome. All you need is a mat, training shoes and a bottle of water to sip on when you sweat.

Kunal is one of the only 4 Nike Coaches in India. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with an experience of over 7 years in the Fitness Industry. He is the founder of The Movement regimen, an amalgamation of powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, bodyweight training and callisthenics.
He has coached thousands of people from all over the country and has been an active influence in the fitness journeys of various celebrities including Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur among others.
