Hans Half Marathon Hyderabad

The Hans India is conducting Half Marathon event – Run for healthy Heart on 29th September 2019, at Sanjeevaiah Park, Hyderabad.

An awareness to educate the society on Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) the world’s biggest killer taking 17.9 million lives every year, while a major cause leading to 31% of global deaths is due to CVD.

Triggering these diseases which manifest primarily as heart attacks and strokes are Tobacco/ Alcohol use, Unhealthy diet, physical inactivity.

And also let people know about raised blood pressure, elevated blood glucose and overweight/ obesity risks detrimental to good heart health.
