Bootcamp Goals
The objective of this bootcamp is to help participants convert their ideas into products, be it a physical device, an algorithm, a service or an app, based on the principles of design thinking
Participants will learn how to look at the ‘problem space’ from multiple perspectives, articulate problem statements, ideate and select solutions that best address the unmet need of the patient or the end user. As part of the validation process, participants will also learn how to approach early prototyping and testing and study strategies to take these solutions to market.
The schedule for the two days is as follows:
Day 1
Module 1: Defining the problem statement
Module 2: Where do ideas come from?
Day 2
Module 3: Early prototyping and identifying markets
Module 4: Validating it all!
Workshop modules will be facilitated by Radha Rangalarajan (Head, Ojas Medtech Incubator), Santosh Shevade and Mahesh Iyer (Co-founders, Sineflex Solutions) who are experts in healthcare innovation and are design thinking practitioners. The workshop will also feature special sessions with doctors, industry experts, and med-tech entrepreneurs.
Bootcamp audience
This bootcamp is designed for entrepreneurs or students with ideas for new healthcare solutions as well as for working professionals wanting to participate in intrapreneurial initiatives .
