Eleven years ago, a few people, part of a fledgling movement, got together to discuss an increasing concern. There were a growing number of companies, who chose the uphill task of building to scale instead of building to order. Everybody spoke about coming together to share their experiences, but these few chose to do something about it. The NASSCOM Product Conclave was born, and with it a promise. Like a startup, the Conclave has gone through its formative years. It has struggled to build visibility and bring people together, lost some key people and added many more, found its calling and purpose, and scaled to reach more people across India. Today, it continues to fulfil that promise – to fuel the growth of the product arm of the Indian IT industry, by bringing the country’s visionaries together under one roof.
