The Word NOISE Means A Discordant Group Of Sounds. Since The Extravaganza Will Have Both Tech/Management–‐Fest And Cultural Fest, COG Represents All The Thinking That Will Be Done (Tech/Management Fest) And NOISE Represents All The Celebrations That Will Happen (Cultural Fest).
