SPYDER 2025 – National Level Technical Symposium
National Level Student Technical Symposium with the Title “SPYDER” will be conducted in the Information Technology department every year to encourage the UG and PG students to come up with technical ideas. The Symposium will feature a mix of technical and non – technical events. We seek to bring together practitioners to consider the latest thinking in our sector and to hear from those who are applying and researching the latest thinking in technical services.
Paper Presentation
Topics:
Cloud Computing, Soft Computing, Mobile Computing and Networks, Embedded Computing Frameworks, Modelling and Analysis of Ubiquitous Information Systems, Communication Networking Models, High Performance Computing, Pervasive Communication Networks, Autonomic Computing Models, Big Data Models and Applications, Ubiquitous Information Processing Platforms, Distributed Sensing Models and Applications, Secured Authentication and Authorization Models, Ubiquitous Information Processing Systems, Smart Resource Management Techniques, Peer-to-Peer Computing Models, Sustainable Ubiquitous Computing Models and Applications, Novel Mobility Management Techniques, Next-Generation Ubiquitous Networks and Protocols and others topics related Computer Science.
Rules:
Max 2 members per team.
Papers need to be sent in the specified & suggested areas only.
Abstract should not exceed 1 page and paper should not exceed 10 pages.
Soft copies of the submitted paper and PPT presentations must be in the .docx or .doc format.

Ideathon
Rules:
Max 2 members per team.
Participants should present their idea with a ppt and a prototype(if available).
Copying of idea is strictly prohibited.
judging will be based on innovativeness and feasibility of the presented ideas.

Debugging
Rules:
A team should consist of maximum 2 members.
In all rounds question have to be answered in stipulated time.
Exploring the internet will not be permitted.
Electronic gadgets will not be entertained.
Any kind of unfair & mis-behaviour will lead to disqualification.
Web Designing
Rules:
Max 2 members per team.
Students have to design a web-site on any one of the specified topics and present it to the judges.
First page must be your Homepage (Containing LOGO/picture depicting the topic and the website name).
Three pages must be dedicated to your discussion suitable for the website.
Total timing -2 hrs.
The last page must be Information Hub that provides details.
Use of Open source tools are disqualified.

Poster Designing
Rules:
Max 2 members per team.
On the spot topic will be given for poster designing.
Total timing -2 hrs.
Participants can use any tools like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW & MS-Paint.
Participants are not permitted to use online logo makers copyrighted resources if found they will be disqualified.
The poster will be judged according the following criteria :creativity and presentation and relevance to the theme.

Biz Masters
Rules:
Teams must consist of 2-5 members
All business strategies or ideas must be developed during the event and must be original.
Teams must align their business solutions with the provided theme or problem statement.
Duration: 3-5 minute presentation.
Designs will be judged on creativity, feasibility, alignment with the theme, and presentation quality.
Decision taken by judges will be final.
