Creating your own Mindful Journal

What if we told you, there was a great way for you to be able to collect and record memories, thoughts, ideas, and inspiration? It’s often called “junk journaling” & thats exactly what our Knowledge Contributor – Kumudini Bhutani has in store for us during our session. Through this interactive and do-it-along session, you will be able to create your journal using recycled materials & in turn begin your journey towards recording your memories, inspiration and musings. At the end of the session you will realise how this process can be helpful in achieving mindfulness amongst other practical benefits.

Let’s get to know Kumudini
