​🍿 10:30 – 11:00 AM: Check In & Snacks (please arrive on time)
​👋 11:00 – 11:20 AM : Opening & Community Intro — welcome, event overview, and quick demos of what’s possible with Claude
​💭 11:20 – 11:50 AM: Group Formation & Project Planning — share ideas and set goals for what you’ll build today
​🏗️ 11:50 AM – 1:00 PM:Deep Build Session — start bringing your project to life
​🎤 1:00 – 1:30 PM: Optional Demo Showcase — share what you built and see what others created (2–3 min each)
​🍽️ 1:30 – 2:30 PM : Networking & Reflection — free buffet lunch!
