What is – “Toastmasters Leadership Conclave”?
“As Toastmasters we all are very much aware of its tag line “Where Leaders are Made”. What is interesting here is we have always discussed and deliberated ideas on how to communicate better to a varied audience in larger forums but our core competence of Leadership is generally localized to each club or a group of individuals. Hence this is an attempt, in parallel to the Division theme ICON, to start a forum where we can discuss, question, introspect, find solutions together and more importantly try and get maximum out of the Toastmasters Leadership Program.
Each session will have a panel to discuss the Topics/Findings: A Successful Leader of an Organization, A Senior Toastmaster and A District Officer.”
