Dial 9 for Devi – A Carnatic Music Concert
Navaratri is an auspicious festival spanning nine nights of worship, celebrated in various forms all across India- veritably a crowning jewel of October.
Nine different forms of Goddess Durga are worshipped during each of the nine days of Navaratri, as part of ‘Durga Puja’. They are: Śhailaputrī, Brahmachāriṇī, Chandraghaṇṭā, Kuṣhmāṇḍā, Skandamātā, Kātyāyanī, Kālarātrī, Mahāgaurī and Siddhidātrī.
Join us on September 27, Saturday, at the picturesque amphitheatre in Saptaparni at 6 pm for a two-hour concert titled “Dial 9 for Devi”, where we celebrate and worship the Goddess through her story told in music and slokas.
