All you need is a pair of napkins to be used as gliders for Pilates exercises, in addition to one more for wiping away all the sweat as you move, and a water bottle to stay hydrated through the session.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Shalini is the Founder and Director of JG’s Fitness Centre and successfully runs the IFAI (Indian Fitness and Aerobic Institute) where aspiring fitness trainers are taught innovative coaching techniques.
Being the Master Trainer for Masala Bhangra, she has mentored Masala Bhangra Ambassadors across Asia, Europe, USA and Australia, in addition to teaching at a multitude of workshops, conventions and other events.
She is also a Celebrity Fitness Trainer to Madhuri Dixit, Dr. Sriram Nene and Sandip Soparrkar among others who have been members at JG’s Fitness Centre.
