Join Celebrity Trainer, Shalini Bhargava, on Friday, 19th June, 6 PM for a strengthening and lengthening Mat Pilates session. The session will focus primarily on your core and trunk muscles while also training your arms and legs.
What you need is a pair of 1 litre water bottles (completely filled), along with some filled soda cans to be used as weights, in addition to a pair of napkins to be used as gliders for the session.
You can also carry an additional napkin for wiping away all the sweat as you move, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated through the session. People across all age groups are welcome.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Shalini is the Founder and Director of JG’s Fitness Centre and successfully runs the IFAI (Indian Fitness and Aerobic Institute) where aspiring fitness trainers are taught innovative coaching techniques.
Being the Master Trainer for Masala Bhangra, she has mentored Masala Bhangra Ambassadors across Asia, Europe, USA and Australia, in addition to teaching at a multitude of workshops, conventions and other events.
She is also a Celebrity Fitness Trainer to Madhuri Dixit, Dr. Sriram Nene and Sandip Soparrkar among others who have been members at JG’s Fitness Centre.
