About the facilitator :
Described by Vogue as one of the 10 musicians to know in India and touted by Rolling Stone Magazine as the “angsty-soulful pop artist to look out for”, Hanita Bhambri’s songs are often soul searching reflections about love and loneliness, revolving around her personal experiences. Through her music she wants to tell stories that make someone feel less alone.
Her songwriting has been widely appreciated and she holds the title of a Semi Finalist in International Songwriting Competition (ISC). She has been featured in the Best Singles by Rolling Stone and Best Debuts by A Humming Heart, won the award for the Best Singer-Songwriter (IMD Awards) and has been shortlisted by the prestigious Toto Awards. The self-taught singer also made the nation proud by winning the internationally coveted title of Project Aloft Star. In addition to having released a lot of music independently she has also released songs with Universal Music Group and T-Series India and is on a steady path to global recognition.
